What this site does not do

• No analytics or telemetry of any kind is loaded by this site — no Google Analytics, no tracking pixels, no session recording.
• No advertising is served, and no ad networks or data brokers receive anything from your visit.
• No comment forms, newsletter signup forms, or contact forms collect personal data on this site. Comments are closed site-wide.
• All fonts and images are self-hosted; nothing on these pages is fetched from third-party servers.

What is stored

Standard web-server logs: like every website, the hosting provider records basic request data (IP address, browser, requested URL, timestamp) for security and operational purposes. These logs are not used to profile visitors. Logged-in site administrators receive standard WordPress session cookies, which exist only to keep you signed in to the admin area. Visitors who are not logged in receive no tracking cookies from this site.

External links

This site links to external channels where BigSteve Labs publishes or discusses its work — including Substack, Medium, X, Bluesky, and YouTube. Following those links takes you to those platforms, whose own privacy policies then apply. This site does not embed third-party content that loads scripts from those platforms.

Changes

If this policy ever changes, the change will appear on this page with the updated date, because a policy you cannot verify is not a policy at all. Questions about this page can be raised through the public channels listed on the Contact page.
