The new BigSteveLabs.com is being built as a controlled experiment: multiple independent AI builders, one frozen specification, clean environments, no shared starting point. The strongest complete build becomes the foundation for the production site.

01 · THE EXPERIMENT
One specification. Many builders.
Several independent AI website builders receive the same frozen master command: the organization, the brand principles, the visual standard, the hard requirements. Each works in its own clean staging environment. None sees another builder’s work. The builds are then evaluated against one scorecard — and the strongest complete result becomes the foundation.

The meta-question.
PROJECT: BIGSTEVE is the lab eating its own cooking: a specification-discipline and build-automation experiment that also produces the next home for the lab’s public work.

03 · STATUS
In progress — on staging.
The builds are underway at build.bigstevelabs.com. The production site at bigstevelabs.com continues to operate untouched throughout. When the chosen build is verified, migration is handled selectively and deliberately — nothing is discarded merely because it isn’t in the primary navigation.
